About Coach Patricio Allendes

By the age of 12, Patricio was among the top 3 junior tennis players in Chile. He turned professional in 1979 and traveled the world on the pro tour for 3 years. He is an ITF Level 2 Coach and certified by the PTR. Patricio is a graduate of PUC Chile where he earned a BS in Business and he is bilingual. He moved to the United States and soon thereafter became an coach for Jack Schore Tennis in Tyson’s, VA. Then, in September 2012, he became a founding member of the Montgomery TennisPlex team. Since starting with the PLEX, Patrizio has helped build and train the coaching staff and grow program on-site and in 5 schools through his extensive knowledge of the game. Further, through his unique understanding of tennis and other sports and his years of experience on the court, Patricio has helped people of all ages and levels achieve their goals in tennis and in life. His exuberance and passion for tennis and for people is contagious and all in his presence are beneficiaries.
