The Montgomery TennisPlex Early Bird Program allows you to pay a one-time fee and then play as much as you want on the Early Bird Courts during the Early Bird time periods. There are no daily court fees! Note: We hold the Early Bird Program as long as we have 10 or more participants, so invite your friends to join!

Waiver Form.All players MUST FILL OUT the Montgomery TennisPlex waiver form EACH YEAR in September. Download waiver form.
Montgomery TennisPlex Early Bird Daily Health Form. EACH DAY, all players MUST submit online, or print and bring with them, the Montgomery TennisPlex Early Bird Daily Health Form. If using the online submission option, please submit this form at least 30 minutes before Early Bird play begins.
Montgomery TennisPlex Mask Policy. All Junior and Adult players must be familiar with and abide by the Montgomery TennisPlex Mask Policy.
Holiday Schedule
Recess Dates for Early Bird Program
The Early Bird Program does not include the following holiday periods: November 25–29, 2020, and December 21, 2020 – January 1, 2021. Additionally, hours may vary due to tournaments, special events, and holidays, including the 4th of July.
Early Bird Program Information and Rules
Our early bird program has been a great success and we are looking forward to it growing. Our policies and rules are evolving with numbers participating and staffing.
As with any early bird program, courts will be set aside for the program and early bird players will have access to those courts. The number of courts assigned will be determined by the number of players in the program. We have unlimited courts Monday-Friday, but may limit the courts on the weekend.
Players in the Early Bird Program will be given a list of other players in the program if they request it.
We ask that players email Early Bird Leader, John Walker, John.Walker@verizon.net, by Saturday with their schedule for the following week. John will post the schedule no later than Sunday. A new reservation, or changes to an existing reservation, must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the court time reservation. Early Bird Players may be fined for no shows.
Early Bird Players play with players in the program. Please ask your friends and family members to join this program! We are making the Plex available early in the mornings to accommodate this group of active players.
If an Early Bird Player wishes to have a guest(s) play, the court used with the guest will not be an early bird court and must be paid for at the normal hourly rates. Early Bird Players are not given credit for their portion. Generally these special courts are only available if early bird players are already playing.
